  • FAQ - HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
    To place an order, please click on "shop", pick an occasion or choose the "customize me" icon to create your own unique design. Tell us about the celebration or event and what idea you have in mind. If you're not sure that's alright, we are here to help. Want to achieve a specific style or look? Attach a photo to be used as inspiration. Alternatively, you can send us an email at contact@launniepops.com.au to make a general enquiry first. Please be advised any custom inquiry does not secure a date until payment has taken place. We always endeavour to get back to you with a custom design or two within 24hrs. Once you have received your custom designs and would like to secure a date, confirm your chosen design and make payment via the secure link provided on your invoice. All common payment methods are accepted including Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

    Yes, FREE local delivery is available to customers within 10km of Launceston CBD. Or Express post with tracking Australia wide, delivered to your door within 2-5 business days.
  • FAQ - LOLLIPOPS, INGREDIENTS & HOW SHOULD I STORE MY TREATS?
    Hard candy sugar and chocolate lollipops with customisable edible designs. Made with sugar, water, glucose, isomalt and chocolate. Image printed onto edible icing sheets using edible ink. This product is gluten free and does not contain nuts however, we cannot guarantee there will not be trace amounts of nuts due to the nature of production. Our candy lollipops are child friendly containing only 50% sugar, the remainder being Isomalt which is a sugar substitute, used primarily for its sugar-like physical properties. Isomalt has little to no impact on blood sugar levels, and does not stimulate the release of insulin or tooth decay. (Source, Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isomalt) Do not refrigerate. Simply store in a cool dry place away from moisture and sunlight. Lollipop size: 5cm to 9.5cm plus stick @ 10cm
  • T&C - ORDER CONFIRMATION
    Once your inquiry has been received by Launnie pops, a confirmation email will be sent back to you advising we have received your order. The Launnie Pops team will then create some designs for you to choose from and return them by email. An additional text to check your mail will be sent if a number has been provided. A copy of your invoice will also be included in the address provided and a total cost to pay if you wish to proceed. Once you have chosen a design, please ensure that all your details are correct and fully understand the Terms & Conditions. Please notify us immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been processed.
  • T&C - AMENDMENTS
    Major changes to your order after confirmation of design has been started, or before the required date may incur a fee for the reworking of a design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.
  • T&C - CANCELLATIONS & DAMAGES
    CANCELLATIONS:- Should you wish to cancel your order, please make contact with Launnie pops straight away. If your request to cancel is within 4 weeks of your event date or your order has been started, it will not be possible to refund. DAMAGES:- LAUNNIE POPS cannot be held responsible for any damages or incidents that may occur once the items have been delivered or taken from our care. Any issues or incidents need to be reported within 24hours of receiving your order. The products must not be consumed and will need to be returned to us to commence an investigation.
  • T&C - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    Launnie Pops owns the intellectual property and any rights to all of the designs created by Launnie Pops.
